Du Théâtre-Feuilleton à Tf2

Résumé

Cet article se propose d’interroger ce qui fait la singularité de l’organisation du « faire ensemble » dans la démarche de Jean-François Peyret, en se penchant sur la période allant de 1994 à 2008, marquée par l’aventure collective du Théâtre-Feuilleton au Petit Odéon, puis par la fondation de la compagnie Tf2 et son implantation dans le paysage théâtral français. A partir d’une étude conjointe du fonds d’archives numérisées « Jean-François Peyret » constitué par Julie Valero, et du discours du metteur en scène, tel que révélé par ses journaux ou recueilli en entretien, il analyse la composition des équipes qui portent les projets artistiques du Théâtre-Feuilleton et de Tf2, tout en s’attachant à déterminer les principes qui sous-tendent leur organisation collective.

From the Théâtre-Feuilleton to Tf2: Jean François Peyret’s theatre societies

This paper investigates the singularity of the “working together” which structured Jean-François Peyret’s approach from 1994 to 2008, a period which first saw the advent of the Théâtre-Feuilleton collective adventure at the Petit Odéon, then the foundation of Tf2 theatre company and its establishment in the French theatrical landscape. Through a joint study of the Jean-François Peyret digital archives compiled by Julie Valero, and of the words of the artist himself taken from his journals and an unpublished interview, we analyze the composition of the teams behind the artistic projects of the Théâtre-Feuilleton and Tf2, while endeavouring to ascertain the principles underlying their collective organization.
